Fixing things

• Alerts are not reaching an overseer — AIR raised an alert but the person who needed to know was not told.
• A question set won't publish — questions are still flagged, or aren't right for the set's audience.
• Nobody can write an assessment — no colleague has been taught to write, read in or examine with a set.
• A quiz isn't offered to someone — someone asked for a quiz and didn't get the one you expected.
• A picture on a question isn't showing — a question was asked without its picture.
